Has worked for 14years in International Corporate Banking with prominent institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Banque Paribas and Barclays Bank. Over the last 12 years has worked as CFO, Secretary General and Business Development Director for the leading Swiss cement group Holcim.

Antonio has been Human Resources Director for the last 20 years, four of them in the USA, working with multinationals such as Chiquita Brands, Adidas and PepsiCo International. He has developed his professional career in Europe, USA, Latin America and Asia, with executive responsibilities for various countries and regions.
Experienced coach since 2000 with executives of different levels and companies of diverse sectors and size. Certified coach by the International Coach Federation, one of the most prominent organisations of coaching professionals in the world, working with high standard ethics for its associates and a rigorous certification process.

Managing Director. Bachelor of Information Sciences from the University Complutense of Madrid. Jesús has extensive experience working in executive positions for several leading newspapers, companies and organizations. In recent years he has worked as Deputy Director in LAS PROVINCIAS and previously as Editor in Chief in EL MUNDO Comunidad Valencia. He also led the Communication Office in Terra Mítica (Theme Park) and La Asociación Valenciana de Jóvenes Empresarios (the Valencia Association for Young Entrepreneurs). He lectures in the University of CEU-Cardenal Herrera in the journalism department as a Professor of Communication and Written Information, and frequently participates as a guest speaker in radio and TV programs (talk shows for Canal 9, La 10, La COPE and Punto Radio).
